Appointment Policy

As a small, independently owned business, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the highest quality service to every client, the following policies are in place:

Late Arrivals
• If you are 15 minutes late or more, your service is not guaranteed.
• Arrivals 20 minutes late may result in cancellation and applicable fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

New Color Clients
• A consultation is required prior to booking any new color service.
